BLUE IS THE NEW BLACK
As a home stager and designer, I’m always mixing things up. My design reflects a smattering of transitional contemporary Cape Cod chic, coupled with a touch of urban modernism. I’m passionate about energizing spaces using an elegant palette of colors that creates a cozy unique atmosphere.
For the longest time, using blue in home staging was taboo.
Call me an 
outlier, but at a time when other designers were adhering to more of a monochromatic color scheme, I never turned my back on this majestic color. Since I began my design career, I have accentuated many a space with a hint of blue. Whether it be a piece of furniture, rug, throw, pillow or an original piece of artwork; no matter what, blue has always been my go to color in creating an eye-catching look.
ART IS KEY
Having the right mélange of blues, working intuitively together in a space can be tied together beautifully with a painting, rich in textures and hues of blue. This is always highly appealing to buyers who are searching for something more original.

HAPPY HOMES! 
We absolutely loved staging this gem of a Topanga cottage surrounded by 30 acres of pristine land, complete with its’ very own vineyard. It sold for $2.74 mil to a Hollywood couple looking for a rustic retreat from the fast paced LA lifestyle.
Recently after we staged this modern new construction in Huntington Beach, the house sold for $1.949 mil.
